Post-Xmas Facial

The big day is over and now it's time to relax. Grab some ingredients from your fridge and pantry and try this relaxing facial this evening.



Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp ripe papaya flesh

  • 1 Teaspoon of Oats

  • 1 Tbsp of natural yoghurt

Blend all in a food processor or blender until smooth

Apply to your clean dry face and leave on for 10 minutes

Rinse once with warm water, then rinse again with cool water and pat dry.


Papaya is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, C & E. Alpha hydroxy acids and the enzyme Papain help exfoliate the skin. The nutrients help with skin pigmentation and acne.


This is an evening only mask as the AHA's can cause photosensitivity.
