Recipe - Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Serves 2



  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1 Banana (frozen)

  • 1/2 cup Carrot Juice

  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 tbsps Cashew Butter

  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  • 1 tsp Raw Honey

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 2 tbsps Water

  • 1 tbsp Walnuts


Directions:

  1. Combine cashew butter, honey, lemon juice and water and stir well until creamy. Set aside

  2. Add all other ingredients except walnuts to your blender and blend until smooth

  3. Place in bowl, add the cashew cream on top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts
